Packing plays a vital role in transportation & shipping of stones to the destination. We take enough precautions against transportation breakage & pay outmost care to our packing requirements suitable to your specific needs. We survey and understand the profile of the merchandise to be packed and moved & shipped.
The packing material is accordingly selected. The amount of packing material for a consignment is carefully worked out and only the necessary amount of packing material is used to ensure that the consignment reaches safely. Wooden Crates: We use fine quality of wood for making crates. Impact Protection: We use different impact resistant materials to protect the product such as Foam. Iron Strips: To increase the strength we use iron strips. Plastic: We provide plastic sheet packing for the material inside as well as over the crate outside. Covering provides more protection against Water & Moisture. Box Strapping: We use plastic straps to strengthen the packing. Labeling & Marking: The following details are mentioned on the crate:
1. Name of the Product. 2. Dimensions. 3. Color Sorting. 4. Number of Pieces in a Box. 5. Customer & Country. 6. Manufacturing Serial No. 7. Shipment No. 8. Crate No. 9. Crate sizes. 10. Quality Control Department Approval.
